To secure an appointment at Plush & Plump, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking and is applied toward your service. Appointments are confirmed only once the deposit is received. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, the deposit may be forfeited. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or a rescheduled appointment with an additional fee.
